Janta Overseas
Portfolio Brief

Dense Refractory Castables

Janta Overseas specializes in the production of High-Alumina Dense Castables by utilizing raw materials like calcined fireclay, refractory binders, and cements, as well as imported or outsourced materials. These castables are suitable for applications up to 1700°C.

Dense Refractory Castables exhibits a bulk density exceeding 2.15 gm/cm³ , it has a good construction performance and high strength mechanical properties. At higher temperatures, this castable demonstrates exceptional resistance to thermal shock and abrasion.

Industrial applications extensively utilize Dense Refractory Castables, whose classification is based on the percentage of alumina and purity, which directly influencing their heat resistance and overall performance. The alumina content is critical, conferring high-temperature strength and corrosion resistance. High purity is desirable to minimize adverse effects on performance.
