Low Cement Castables

Janta Overseas is a leading producer of Low Cement Castables (LCC), it is a type of refractory castable where cement content is lower than other conventional castables. Low Cement Castables are recommended for service temperature 1400°C to 1800°C.

Low Cement castables are distinguished by their exceptionally lower water requirement, which contributes to the development of a significantly denser and stronger castable, exhibiting a high cold crushing strength (CCS).

Low cement refractory castables (LCC) are comprised of various aggregates, including Calcined Bauxite, Calcined Fireclay, , High Alumina aggregates, White Fused Alumina and andalusite. Additionally, micro components, high-alumina cements, and other additives are utilized in their production.
