We manufacture Pre-Cast Pre-Fired (PCPF) shapes with product mix ranging from 40% to 90% alumina, these are produced to precisely suit the customer requirements.
It has a high level of abrasion resistance and works effectively against chemical erosion and thermal shock. By utilizing a high performance composition, we are able to manufacture a PCPF shapes with highest mechanical strength and thermal conductivity. Our skilled mould fabricators have acquired expertise to design and fabricate complicated shaped metallic and wooden moulds in high quality steel for tundishes for casting special steels, primary air adjusting nozzles for coke ovens, glass making pots, abrasion resistance blocks etc.
