Quality Control at Each Production Stages
Maintain strict quality control measures for raw materials, including chemical analysis of each batch. This ensures that the materials meet the product specifications and are stored in appropriate warehouses based on their unique characteristics to prevent cross-contamination.
Evaluate the physical attributes of bricks, including size, distortion, cracks, and other defects. Document the findings for semi-finished products. Issue a production approval for qualified bricks and initiate grinding for non-qualified bricks.
Sintering temperature and holding time are strictly regulated, and the temperature profile is monitored and recorded for quality control.
Ensure products meet the specified dimensions and visual quality(cracks, damaged corners, etc.) standards outlined in the product drawings. Identify and classify qualified products. Conduct material-specific testing and issue a comprehensive Test Report.
Package goods according to customer specifications, adhering to both industry standards and transportation regulations to guarantee safe and undamaged delivery. Premium packaging materials are being employed to provide secure and protective packaging for the refractory products.
